Heather Doyle Designs is a New Orleans, LA based art studio offering custom headpieces for birthdays, bridal, and bachelorette parties, custom foam wigs, Mardi Gras throws (shoes and sunglasses), art commissions (paper flowers, wreaths, center pieces).

A native of Texas, Heather moved to New Orleans in 2010 and quickly fell in love with its unique and over the top costuming culture. She adores making things that bring joy to her clients, and sparking individual creativity through her workshops and private parties.
